A recent study has indicated that 90% of the British people pay huge energy bills because they overcharge their devices. In order to fight the vampire power consumption and help us save some energy, Bracketron has designed a series of green gadgets called GreenZero line.

The devices simply detect when our appliances are fully charged and automatically shut off. They are extremely useful since many owners charge their laptops, iPods or mobiles more than necessary, waste a lot of money and energy and also reduce the lifespan of their gadgets.

Mushroom and Stone chargers are the two innovative concepts introduced by Bracketron, Gizmag informs.

All we have to do is press the green button located on the cute Mushroom when we want to start recharging our phone. Developers have launched three kinds of Mushroom charger: one for USB, another one for microUSB and the third one destined for iDevices.

The useful Mushroom will be launched on the American market this spring. Apparently, it will cost up to $29.28 (€22.45).
