This year's “Movember” asks men to hold on to their facial hair

Apparently, the fact that most men choose to shave their facial hair places considerable amounts of strain on the environment.

However, a green-oriented initiative known as “Movember” (which apparently has been around for quite some time now) wishes to put an end to this problem, simply by asking men to grow the most impressive moustaches they can.

The people behind this project explain that, by not shaving, less water is being used. As well as this, moustaches supposedly keep their proud owners warm, so there is no need to turn up the heat and thus waste energy.

According to the official website for this organization, “Once registered at movember.com each Mo Bro must begin the 1st of Movember with a clean shaven face.”

Furthermore, “For the entire month each Mo Bro must grow and groom a moustache.”

Hopefully, at least some people will agree to take part in this campaign, even if simply for entertainment purposes.
