Green Man Gaming, the first digital retail service that allows PC-based gamers to trade their digital games, is celebrating one year of existence and to celebrate the company has announced that it is offering all those interested the opportunity to pick up a free copy of NecroVision: Lost Company, with the offer going for 48 hours since May 23.

All those who are interested in getting their free copy of NecroVision need to go to the Green Man Gaming site, then navigate to the page of the video game, click the buy button and then use the code: GMGY1-PROMO-TREAT.

NecroVision is subject to the trade-in policy of Green Man Gaming, which means that players who get bored of the game will be able to trade it for another game that is of interest to them.

As the one-year anniversary of the digital trade in service goes ahead, Green Man Gaming is preparing to offer more deals, with video games from publishers like Paradox Interactive, Square Enix and Kalypso ready to get price cuts.

Paul Sulyok, who is the founder of Green Man Gaming and its managing director, has stated, “The last year has been tremendous for Green Man Gaming. We have taken a great idea and turned it into an amazing website that not only offers customers and publishers something genuinely different, but also a site that gives the customer genuine value.”

He added, “From everyone at Green Man Gaming, I would like to thank our customers for their support. As we move forward and evolve, we will continue to deliver great value, great choice and a great service.

Green Man Gaming is currently offering more than 5000 games from 57 publishing partners in 89 countries.

The service is pretty revolutionary because it allows PC gamers the same freedom to trade their owned titles in order to purchase new ones, which was exclusive to console gamers.
