Single-level cell NAND chips aren't used in much besides enterprise SSDs storage and data centers nowadays, due to their high prices and lower storage space than MLC, but Green House still didn't see any reason not to make a flash drive out of them.

The result of its machinations is the GH-UFI-XSA series of industrial-grade USB flash sticks.

Small and sturdy, the drives support ECC (Error correcting code) and can read and write data at up to 20 MB/s.

Additionally, the operating temperature ranges between – 40 and + 85 degrees Celsius.

Green House has prepared 128 MB, 256 MB, 512 MB, 1 GB, 2 GB, 4 GB and 8 GB capacities, definitely lower than what common, consumer drives offer.

Pricing details have not yet been published, even though the product page is live.
