While the new memory cards will definitely earn Green House points for unusual ideas, the company did more than just release those, having also updated an existing series of flash drives, the PicoDrive N to be exact.

Green House seems to be experimenting on the market with what can happen when it leaves the norm just a little.

New and peculiar electronics have come out before, but the outfit, this once, practically walked the line between the usual and the unusual, so to speak.

The new SDHC memory cards stood out not because of their Class 10 rating, but thanks to their unusual colors.

Now, the same company is moving a bit closer to the regular market, by updating an already existing collection of flash drive units.

The series of products in question is known as PicoDrive N and the newest addition to it is also the one with the highest capacity so far.

To be more specific, the new PicoDrive N model has a capacity of 32 GB, which is quite a bit for a unit that measures 54.1 x 18 x 8.1 mm.

The previously-released members of the series have the same size and shape but capacities of 1 GB, 2 GB, 4 GB, 8 GB and 16 GB, respectively.

Other than the storage space, the newcomer is, thus, identical to its siblings, even featuring the same USB 2.0 connectivity with backwards compatibility for USB 1.1.

While not as fast as the SuperSpeed USB 3.0 standard, USB 2.0 is still the mainstream iteration for most peripherals and external storage units.

Finally, as a sort of bonus, Green house provided a bit of security as well, in the form of a trial version of Kaspersky's Internet Security 2011, which is bundled with the flash drive itself.

Japanese stores should already be selling the product for a price of $77.
