Great PSN Games Get Big Discounts as Part of Sony’s 12 for '12 Promotion

Sony has just kicked off a massive new promotion on its PlayStation Network, called 12 for ’12, which sees hefty price cuts made to some high quality downloadable games that were released last year on the online service.

Sony kicked off 2011 with an impressive promotion called 11 for ’11 and now wants to repeat it during the New Year, in the form of 12 for ’12.

As part of the offer, major price cuts were made to a variety of great PSN games. All users from North America will receive a 30% discount, while PlayStation Plus subscribers will get an even larger 50% one.

Among the games included are great ones like Rochard or BloodRayne: Betrayal, not to mention impressive titles like Payday: the Heist or the Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection.

Bear in mind that the discount is available only for North American PlayStation Network users, but you can expect Sony to be present with some other deals for those in Europe or the rest of the world. Until then, you can take advantage of the 12 for ’12 promo until January 23.
