Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, the classic open world game, is set to hit the PlayStation 3 platform next week, via the PlayStation Store.

Rockstar Games is currently working hard on the upcoming Grand Theft Auto V, but this doesn't mean that it's forgotten about previous entries in the series.

After releasing GTA: San Andreas onto the PlayStation Store last year, Rockstar has just confirmed that GTA: Vice City will appear on the PS Store next week.

The game will be a PS2 Classics title, according to the Rockstar Newswire, meaning you won't find improvements like high-definition textures or trophies.

The game will hit the PS Store on January 29, in North America, and January 30, in Europe, for just $9.99 / €9.99 / £7.99.

Expect to hear a bit more about the classic game as we get closer to its re-release.
