Grand Theft Auto Vice City Stories Cheats and Unlockables (PSP)

The PSP seems to be a little Pandora's Box since it threatens to create hits out of any game that is ported on Sony's follow-up, the PS2 console. This time it can't be a hit that's created by the PSP since GTA Vice City was already a hit with its PC version, not to mention the other ports. It's the same "sandbox" genre game that's been gathering millions of fans since the introduction of Grand Theft Auto 3. You'll be stealing cars, threatening innocent people and doing the basic missions if you want to complete the game's storyline. Since the game is fun, you'll be looking to maximize that by making the challenge tougher. What would you say if the pedestrians had guns?
