Grand Theft Auto IV Gets Graphics Overhaul Thanks to Icenhancer 2.0 Mod

It may be hard to believe but Grand Theft Auto IV was released back in 2008. While that may not seem that apparent, you can always boot it up and see that the game, although it had impressive graphics for its time, isn’t looking so sharp when compared to current titles.

Thankfully, at least on the PC, modders can always try to improve upon Rockstar’s work. Among the most important overhaul mods out there is iCEnhancer, which has just been updated to version 2.0.

As you can see in the video above, GTA IV with the new mod is looking extremely impressive, as improved textures, better visual effects and high quality cars make it truly stand out amongst current PC games.

You can download iCEnhancer 2.0 for Grand Theft Auto IV right now, from Softpedia. It weighs in at 326MB and works with all versions of GTA IV.
