Grand Theft Auto IV (also known as GTA IV and GTA 4) is a sandbox-style action-adventure video game developed by Rockstar North. It is
the ninth title in the Grand Theft Auto series and the first in its generation. Grand Theft Auto IV was released worldwide (except Japan) on 29 April 2008 for both PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
The game is set in a re-imagined universe, with little-to-no continuity with previous games. The setting is a redesigned Liberty City based heavily on New York City. The game follows Niko Bellic, an Eastern European who comes to the United States in search of the "American Dream" only to find his cousin lied about the promised wealth and luxury that would be awaiting him. Please note: These codes work both for the Playstation 3 version, as well as the Xbox 360 one.
CHEATS
While playing the game, press Up to display Niko's cellphone. Press Up again to access the keypad. Then, enter one of the following codes to activate the corresponding cheat function. Once a code has been entered correctly, a new "Cheats" menu option will be available on your phone, below "Options", where you can access the cheats without having to enter the phone number again. Please note: Do not save the game after enabling any of these codes to avoid problems.

When I try to access the key pad it will not come up I press the arrow up once the phone comes up but when I press the arrow up the second time nothing happens. Help

you have to do the mission "its your call" first then you can use your phone. i dont like doing a bunch of missions either but once you start doing some you unlock cool stuff.

Once you have ur phone up you then press the up botton and a blank screen will appear on ur fone, then you press the down arrow to access the keypad. Then once u have done ur cheat, this will save into ur fone and press circle a few times to take the fone away.. Hope this helps xx
