Rockstar Games has confirmed that it's currently working hard to solve the different problems that are plaguing Grand Theft Auto 5 owners relating to the online Rockstar Social Club service and to the iFruit mobile application.

Grand Theft Auto 5 came out after a long wait yesterday and Rockstar's launch went pretty well, as no major problems or events affected the open world game.

Unfortunately, it seems that, with the millions of game owners rushing in to use the online Rockstar Social Club service, quite a few issues are affecting it.

The studio has outlined some of the problems encountered by users on its Support page in the form of an all-encompassing question.

"I've been having a lot of issues with Social Club over the past few days. Account linking has been down at certain points and some of my stats aren't updating. When I log into the Support Site, some of the information like feeds/crews is not loading properly. In GTA V, the Snapmatic photos aren't uploading properly sometimes. When will this be resolved?"

Rockstar has also offered an answer to fans who want details about these different issues, pledging to solve all these bugs and get the Social Club to operate as intended.

"We are aware of these issues with Social Club or related networking hardware/services and have been working to resolve them as quickly as possible."

What's more, the studio is also trying to resolve some of the issues encountered by fans that use the iFruit application for mobile devices like the iPhone or iPad.

"Please note that we are aware of some reports about problems with the iFruit App (available on iTunes), such as login errors, endless loading spinners, and the app appearing to reset data. Rest assured that we are working to resolve this as quickly as possible."

As of yet, Rockstar hasn't given a concrete schedule concerning these fixes.
