14 DAY TRIAL // It’s been months since Taylor Swift was spotted with a potential love interest and even longer since she’s been in a relationship, and it’s clear that the media doesn’t like her single as much as it liked her when she was infatuated / in love.
This means that, every time she’s photographed next to a man, rumors start making the rounds about a potential new boyfriend. Like, for instance, Hozier, with whom Taylor partied at the Grammys 2015, which took place on Sunday in Los Angeles.
A fun night at the Grammys and afterwards
Though she was heavily nominated, Taylor didn’t perform at the gala, saying she’d be in the audience, dancing and singing along to all the songs performed live on stage, having the time of her life. She did just that, with GIFs of her dancing going viral within minutes of the gala’s end.
Meanwhile, Hozier took to the stage with the legendary Annie Lennox, delivering a superb medley of “Take Me to Church” and “I Put a Spell on You,” which was dubbed the highlight of the evening.
Hozier also got a lot of attention online after someone noticed that he looked as if he could pass for Jon Snow’s younger brother, Jon Snow being the fictional character from the HBO hit series “Game of Thrones,” based on George R.R. Martin’s “Song of Ice and Fire.”
Taylor and Hozier ended up crossing paths at one of the many afterparties in town, hosted at a private estate in Bel Air, E! News reports. Other celebrity guests included Taylor’s good friend Ed Sheeran and her Arch-nemesis Katy Perry, The Weeknd, Rita Ora, Diplo, Haim and Skrillex.
“They looked really cute together”
Taylor spent the beginning of the evening with her girl pals, particularly the girls from Haim, but at one point, it became very clear that she and Hozier had hooked up.
“They were hanging out a lot and talking with each other. They looked really cute together,” an insider tells the celebrity publication.
Taylor was also seen several times kissing Hozier on the cheek, although that could mean a lot of things besides a romantic interest in him. A rumor that brings some credibility to the new romance theory is the one according to which Taylor and Hozier left the party together in the wee hours of morning, which might mean that they spent the rest of the night together.
Speculation on the nature of their relationship has been making the rounds since last October, when Hozier hung out with her in Nashville, baking cookies for her fans. At the time, he called her “a very impressive human being.”
