Sir Paul McCartney, Rihanna and Kanye West perform “FourFiveSeconds” at the Grammys 2015

As promised some days ago, the Grammys 2015, which took place last night at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, marked the world live premiere of Rihanna’s newest single, her collaboration with rapper Kanye West and Beatles legend Sir Paul McCartney, “FourFiveSeconds.”

It will be included on Rihanna’s first album since “Unapologetic,” which came out in 2012. That’s a long hiatus for an artist who used to put out an album a year.

The trio took to the stage during the gala to deliver a very passionate rendition of the hit song (I mean, really, look at RiRi, she was feeling it!) and were awarded with a standing ovation from the audience at the end.

Because reaction shots are very important to every awards show, since they help build hype and keep the rumor mill spinning, the cameras zoomed in on Madonna, Taylor Swift and Kim Kardashian at the end. All three were beaming, of course.

This was the second time during the night that Kanye was up on stage to perform, as he also did a live rendition of his own single, “Only One,” which will be included on his forthcoming studio material. If you ask me, his gig with Rihanna was far more entertaining.

Here are the two videos, in case you missed the performances on CBS. Check them out and see for yourself.
