Grammys 2013: Kelly Clarkson’s Awesome Acceptance Speech – Video

Kelly Clarkson is awesome. Not only is she one of the most talented performers of the moment, but she’s also still incredibly genuine and real. Proof of that is her acceptance speech at last night’s 2013 Grammy Awards.

In case it gets pulled, the second video embedded in this blog post is with Kelly’s amazing speech, but no intro. 

She beat fierce competition to win Best Pop Vocal Album, including Pink, Florence + The Machine and Maroon 5. In fact, competition was so fierce that not even Kelly thought she’d win.

Unlike other celebrities, be they from the film or the music industry, she did not have a speech prepared. Seeing what she came up with on the spot made me love her even more.
