Adele had laser surgery on her vocal chords only a couple of months ago but, judging by her performance at last night's Grammy Awards, she was never in better shape.

The Grammys 2012 marked Adele's comeback to live performing after she was diagnosed with a recurring hemorrhage on her vocal chords and she had to go under the knife.

Afterwards, she was put on vocal rest.

The singer, who also won all six awards she was nominated for, including Record of the Year, Album of the Year and Song of the Year, performed the track that earned her many of these awards.

Above is her take on “Rolling in the Deep.”

As various commenters online point out, keep in mind that this is a woman singing live after going under the knife only a short while ago.

This should make us appreciate her talent fully – assuming we don't already. Enjoy!
