Because no awards show is complete without some fun poking at celebrities, during the Grammy Awards 2011, David Letterman provided the goods with one of his trademark top 10 lists, presented in a special video.

Called Top 10 Surprises at the 2011 Grammy Awards, the list included anyone from Lindsay Lohan to Jay Z, Willie Nelson and, of course, Justin Bieber, whose ‘do is now the stuff of legend – also known as “The Bieber.”

Number 10 goes to Lohan, who is now being trialed for grand theft following a charge that she left a jewelry store with a $2,500 necklace that she did not pay for, The Hollywood Reporter notes.

If found guilty, Lindsay could spend the next 3 years of her life because this is a felony charge and the judge is done with leniency where she’s concerned.

“Lindsay Lohan seen leaving the Staples Center with a Grammy-shaped bulge,” Letterman said, joking that the actress may have stolen a golden statuette.

At number 8, he included a jab at iconic singer Willie Nelson, who was arrested late last year for possession of marijuana. “Willie Nelson provided the Grammy show snacks,” Letterman cracked.

“Jay-Z revealed ‘Empire State of Mind’ was really about Trenton, New Jersey,” he said of number 7.

At 6, Letterman included, “The new category: best male or female traditional R&B urban alternative non classic latin performance by a duo or group with vocals.”

He also hinted that the Academy of Recording Artists should explain once and for all the difference between Record of the Year and Song of the Year, and said that Lady Gaga and Lady Antebellum should form a new music act called Lady Antegagum.

At number 2, Letterman wrote, “John Mayer caught in a passionate embrace with Susan Boyle,” while number 1 was “Justin Bieber? Hair piece.”
