Unlike Cheryl Cole, the 64-year-old model and singer and full-time fierce bringer, sang with gusto and conviction – while hula hooping for 4 full minutes.

Jones walked on stage in a black and red leotard with a long trail and one of her trademark insane headdresses, slipped on a hula hoop and didn't stop hooping it until she was done singing her 1985 hit, “Slave to the Rhythm.”
If what you just read sounds like pure madness, trust us, it wasn't, as millions watching her also remarked. This woman is totally incredible.
