It has been announced that "Gothic 3- The Beginning" is close to be released for mobile phone users. The game follows the line of the PC version and looks for the same amount of success.

HandyGames has developed this mobile phone game keeping in mind the features that the previous, more evolved PC version had to bring for its fans. In order to make this game as enjoyable as possible to its gamers, "Gothic 3- The Beginning" will include several special features.

The player will have the chance of visiting several locations, such as Khorinis and Tirith. In these places, he will have to fight against hundreds of monsters and have the chance of earning more combat equipment, such as stronger armors.

The game's task is that of finding considerable treasures and equipment which proves highly useful later in the game. There is also the possibility to take them from the enemy, which proves to be considerably convenient, especially if the player does well in battles and manages to defeat all his enemies easily.

Bonuses take the shape of pry locks and chests which reveal rare treasures to the player if conquered. Moreover, he also has the chance of learning how to use long banned magic, which helps him gain the needed power for accomplishing tasks. The need for this proves to be considerably large during fights, as the challenge is greater than expected.

The player also has the chance of chatting with NPCs in order to find clues and manages to trade with merchants in order to gain equipment for the journey. "Gothic 3- The Beginning" also comes with the auto-save feature which allows the player to continue his battle starting at certain checkpoints placed throughout the game.

"Gothic 3- The Beginning" will be available starting with the first quarter of year 2008, which shows that the release is not as "close" as we'd expect it to be.
