The ASUS tablet PC could become official in late June

This month, Internet giant Google is expected to unveil to the world its first tablet PC in the popular Google Nexus series.

The device has been long rumored to arrive on shelves with a 7-inch touchscreen display, a low price tag and to be manufactured by ASUS.

Recent reports also suggest that it might pack additional value, including magazine subscriptions from major publishers. According to Business Insider, the subscription model similar to those Apple and Amazon use.

Google has been long focused on providing a wide range of services to its Android users, regardless the specific devices they own, and it would not come too much as a surprise that the new report process accurate.

Said ASUS tablet PC was also rumored to arrive on shelves with the Android 4.1 platform on board, which might prove to be the Jelly Bean OS version.
