Basically, the Electronic Funds Transfer sends the AdSense payments straight to your bank account without having to wait for the Google check.
This is quite good news for the AdSense publishers looking for a more efficient way to receive their money, because EFT works faster than sending a paper check. There is only one big problem: only some of the countries compatible with Google's advertising platform are also able to use the EFT payment, such as Australia, Belgium, Italy, Poland, US, UK and Spain. If you're from Romania, you're not able to use the function, but the Google officials promised to expand this electronic payment system to other countries soon.

As an AdSense publisher, you can help in these efforts by signing up to receive your AdSense payments via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
