Google has just announced its Android users of a series of new changes brought to its Google Wallet payment service, which is offering support for Google Prepaid Cards once again.

For those out of the loop, we should note that an exploit found in Google Wallet a while ago determined Google to remove the option of adding Prepaid Cards when resetting the Wallet, in order to increase security.

Today, however, the option is available once again for Google Wallet users. Moreover, Google Wallet’s Prepaid Card now comes with an additional $5 (five US dollars for affected users, this being Google’s manner of apologizing for the issue).

Also, Google is said to be sending emails to its customers to inform them on the latest changes brought to the newest version of Google Wallet.
