Google’s iOS application that lets you access your Google Voice account right from your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch has been blessed with an update that adds multi-recipient texting, Sprint integration support, multi-line texts and more.

Google Voice not only lets you access your voicemail messages with transcription, it also allows you to send free text messages to US phones and make international calls at very low rates.

You can make calls with your Google Voice number, but you need a Google Voice account to do it all. It’s also U.S.-restricted, for now.

Version 1.4.0.2372 kicks things up a notch with multi-recipient texting (with contact autocomplete), Sprint integration support (sends all calls to the native dialer when the phone is integrated with Sprint), and multi-line text entry field with character count. You also get one-touch Copy/Paste in the dialpad now.
