Google Ties Inaccessibility Issues to a Single ISP

The Mountain View company has made public the fact that is has participated in the investigation of access difficulties reported in relation to its services. "We've received reports that a
small portion of certain Internet service providers' users are having difficulty accessing Google services," Google Inc. stated in a statement. "We are currently working with the ISPs to investigate." According to Google, the source of the access issues was not immediately identifiable.

Moreover, the Mountain View search giant has failed to disclose the Internet Service Providers involved. Google also kept quiet as to the actual volume of affected users or the true impact of the access difficulties.

Following an extensive investigation, Google did reveal that the issues were limited to a single ISP. Additionally, the Mountain View Company announced that it had resolved the inaccessibility issues.
