Mountain View-based Internet giant Google has just added a new set of cities to the list of locations where users can find great offers using the Google Shopper for Android mobile application.

Available through the Google Offers beta, great deals emerged in the application for those living in Portland, the Bay Area and New York City, and now those in Austin, Boston, D.C., Denver and Seattle can also benefit from them.

Info on these deals can be found on google.com/offers, where users can register to receive them by email.

However, all the deals will also appear in the Google Shopper app for Android. Users in either of the eight regions currently part of the trial can find these special offers in the “Today’s Offer” tab. They can buy even without subscribing.

Some of Wednesday’s offers in the new areas include:

- in Austin, users will get $10 worth of food and drink for $5 at Juan in a Million, a locally-adored Mexican restaurant

- in Boston, there's a day-one Google Offer at Toscanini’s Ice Cream in Cambridge down the street from MIT. Users can spend only $5 for $10 worth of gourmet ice cream.

- another deal involves $3 for $6 of food and beverage from the fun and funky Amsterdam Falafelshop in D.C. Users will certainly enjoy toppings like crunchy onions, garlic cream sauce and house-made pickled veggies.

- Android users in Denver will get $20 of merchandise for $5 at all three locations of Tattered Cover Book Store, which celebrates its 40th anniversary this year.

- the Seattle Aquarium has a Google Offer with $9.50 for one day’s admission worth up to $19, which can be applied to an individual or family annual membership as well.

Google notes that all of Wednesday’s offers are redeemable starting on Thursday, September 8. The Google Shopper application for Android is available for download via the Android Market here.

The service will soon become available in more markets around the United States, Google announced: “If Google Offers aren’t yet available near you, please sign up to receive a notification and we’ll let you know when we launch in your area.”
