Today, Google announced that they made a new partnership with 3mobile, a mobile operator that will include Google Search on their handset devices to allow users access the service anytime, anywhere.

"It's another key step for 3 in delivering a fully mobile internet. The mobile internet has now developed to such a degree that we can now leave the 'walled garden' behind and let our customers access and enjoy the very best of what the converged internet and media worlds can offer," Christian Salbaing, managing director of European telecommunications at 3 Group, sustained.

This announcement comes after a short time since Microsoft made a new agreement with Sprint Nextel to include the giant's search engine on their mobile phones.

Earlier, Google announced a partnership with Microsoft and Yahoo for including Sitemap technology in their search engines, for a better and faster crawling of links.

It looks like the fight for the best search engines is now a trial, after the two "giants" Google and Yahoo! were challenged by Microsoft. This competition can bring us only better quality, so expect to use new search technologies as soon as the market gets more competitive.
