The most important service provided by Google is surely Google Search, one of the most popular search engines on the Internet. Google Search uses a powerful engine to crawl and index new websites so its database is continuously increasing.

Not only did the company create an incredible number of well-developed products but the search giant also implemented a powerful relation between them so you can use multiple services in the same time to boost the performance of your results. Probably, the best example would be the implementation of the Google AdWords elements in Google's index and the search engine result page.

So, it's obvious that Google's products had a powerful impact on the Internet use, but aren't you curios about how did their customers react to the avalanche of services?

The search giant has a different view on the relation with its customers than other companies. Google thinks it is very important to collaborate with its clients to improve the solutions they develop, so they provided multiple ways to communicate with their users: Google Groups, feedback forms and some e-mail addresses.

Recently, Google took part to DigitalLife, a technology conference that was organized in New York's Javits Convention Center. People were absolutely amazed by the performance of the Google's services that were presented by special Google employees. Here's what Doug Edwards, Google Blog Team, said on the official blog:

"Many of those who stopped by our Lego-flavored booth were pretty confident they knew all there was to know about Google. And they often did know a lot. But when we showed them how to find digital cameras in a given price range using Froogle, or how to sort all their photos instantly with Picasa, or how to use Google to convert the speed of light into furlongs per month, they walked away shaking their heads as if they might asplode. "I didn't know you could do that," was the mantra du jour."
