14 DAY TRIAL // This is one of those rumors that has just the barest bits of info and leaves us guessing about most of the important stuff, but it can't be helped: Google is making a watch.
This, at least, is what Artem Russakovskii was generous enough to share with us.
According to him, the smartwatch will be released on October 31 and will be codenamed Gem, but is really part of the Nexus line.
And since Android 4.4 KitKat will be unleashed on October 31 as well, we can safely assume that is the OS that will run on it.
Sadly, no spec info is available. We can guess, though, that there will be an AMOLED screen, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, an integrated camera somewhere, a speaker/microphone combo (maybe in the belt like on Samsung Galaxy Gear), on-board storage, etc.
