An updated flavor of the Google Play Store application is now available for download for the owners of Android-based devices, namely version 4.3.10.

The new application release arrives on devices with a nice range of enhancements packed inside, including a Recently Updated section, which should prove a great addition to all those who have a lot of applications installed, as Android Police notes in a recent article.

Furthermore, the new Play store will provide users with a combined view of update notifications, without filling the screen with info on what apps have been updated when swiping down from the top.

Additionally, the new software release shows full list prices for book sales, while also packing a series of small tweaks, such as swapped position for the Buy and Rent buttons (with the former now placed at the top now, and the latter at the bottom).

Additionally, it seems that the Wallet logo is no longer displayed in the Play Store. Apparently, the update notification will now prompt users to "Touch to update."

Other changes in the new app release include the fact that it may offer to install Google Play Games when the user installs a title that supports the app. The .APK file contains such code inside it, though the pop-up screen might not appear on all devices, it seems.

Some changes were made to the Settings screen as well, which now lists the active account, while bringing up the account switcher when tapping on it.

The new Google Play Store 4.3.10 arrives on devices as a 5.75 MB file, and is already up for grabs online, so that users can install it before Google officially pushes it to them.

According to Android Police, which links to the available download, the file’s cryptographic signature guarantees that it hasn’t been modified, and that users can safely download and install it on their devices.
