A new flavor of the Google Play Store application is currently rolling out on Android devices, namely version 4.1.6, bringing along a series of aesthetic changes to the UI modifications that were introduced in the latest major release of the software.

At the same time, the UI tweaks are accompanied by a new view of the My Wishlist section, and by modified install/uninstall buttons, menu, and settings, which are now larger than before.

As Phandroid notes in a recent article, users will also notice that Google+ profile avatars are now showing up +1 area, bringing the mobile experience closer to that of desktop users.

Following the update to the new app flavor, users will also see that the dark Holo theme has been removed from the Play store.

The application should arrive on all Android devices in a matter of weeks, though users can already find it available for download online.
