Google has just announced the release of a series of improvements for the Google Music application for devices that run under its Android operating system.

The service was made available a few months ago to offer users the possibility to take their music along when on the go.

With Google Music, users could have up to 20,000 songs synced into the cloud for free, so that they could stream on their Android devices when on the road.

The company has already ensured that users can easily upload music to it’s servers, and is now enhancing the retrieving of that music from the cloud, so that it is as smooth as intended.

The new version of Google Music comes with an updated Music Manager that can download all songs to a device.

“We just rolled out a new version of Music Manager that gives you the option to download all your songs from Google Music, including songs you’ve uploaded yourself and those you’ve purchased in the Google Music store,” Google explains.

“Your music will still be accessible from the cloud, so you will continue to have all the benefits of cloud access. Now if your computer crashes, you’ll have a great backup for your music,” the company explains.

The same as before, the new feature is meant for Android users in the United States. After all, the Google Music service has been deployed only in the US for the time being.

In addition to this welcomed improvement, Google Music has another treat up its sleeve. Support for sharing YouTube videos for personal music.

“And, for those of you that have enjoyed being able to share full plays of your purchased tracks with your circles on Google+, now you can easily share YouTube videos for songs you’ve uploaded to Google Music,” Google explains.

“Click the dropdown next to the song title to share the video with your circles, and your friends on Google+ can see what really gets you moving.” Detailed information on Google Music and its features can be found on Google’s support website.
