Google Now, the feature that the Internet giant has made available for the owners of Android 4.1 Jelly Bean-powered devices, is now available for more users.

The software was packaged in a flashable .zip and made available for download with support for Android phones and tablet PCs that run on an ARMv7 architecture.

Owners of rooted devices that run under Ice Cream Sandwich and have ClockworkMod Recovery on them should find it easy to install the feature.

As soon as it has been installed, Google Now will provide users with bits of information in the form of cards, just as it does on Jelly Bean handsets.

Those who would like to learn more on the Google Now packages should head over to this post on XDA-Developers. For a list of ARMv7 devices, users should access this thread on the same forum.
