The slate is available for purchase for £50/€60/$80 on contract

UK-based carrier Three has just announced the immediate availability of the Nexus 7 3G tablet. One of the hottest tablets on the market, the 3G version of Nexus 7 has been recently introduced by Google and is one of the most popular among Android fans.

Customers in the UK can now purchase the Nexus 7 3G for £19.99/€25/$30 a month for 5 GB of data plus a one-off upfront cost of £49/€60/$80.

“It’s clear that the 3G enabled Nexus 7 has been designed to really go the distance, with both powerful specs and a powerful battery life. Alongside a super-fast processor and the latest Android 4.2 Jelly Bean software, we’re confident this tablet will deliver the ultimate Google experience,” said  Sylvia Chind, head of Devices at Three UK.

Hardware-wise, the Nexus 7 3G comes with a powerful 1.3 GHz quad-core Nvidia Tegra 3 processor, 1GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory.
