A service that allows you to find audio files

Yesterday, I made speculations about an audio service released by Google. Today, I'll present you the same service provided by Yahoo, one more reason for Google to develop a "brother" for Google Video.

"With over 50 M audio files available, Yahoo! Audio Search is the most comprehensive audio search product on the Web. Now you can find, learn about and listen to a diverse selection of audio spanning popular and hard to find music, interviews, speeches, newscasts, podcasts, and even sound effects," Yahoo presents the service.

"Yahoo! Audio Search offers a variety of ways to search. Weather you are looking for a particular song, podcast, interview or speech you can simply enter the information into the search box to connect you with audio information you are looking for. For those of you who may be looking for music or podcasts, just select the music or podcast tab directly above the search results to refine your search results and find exactly what you want," the company added.

"Each service has a "Delivery" type button. Click this button to go to the appropriate page on the audio service to help you access the audio file. Keep in mind, the service may require that you download special software and sign up for their service before you can access the file," Yahoo also added.
