Google Made It Snow in California

It doesn't snow much in California, where Google is located. Specifically, it never snows in California where Google is located. But if you're Google you can make it snow, both online and, it seems, offline.

The company has set up a nice surprise for its employees, to help them get in the holiday spirit mood, and has plastered the area around its Android cakes sculptures with snow, the kind that doesn't melt in the hot Californian sun.

You can check out the time-lapse video of the entire operation above along with the popularity of the event with Googlers. There are plenty of photos for the Android treats surrounded by snow on Google+ and elsewhere from Googlers big and small, including one from Google+ chief Vic Gundotra.
