Google has been having some problems with complaints regarding its Gmail system, which is not too easily manageable when it comes to more advanced and difficult tasks. Following these, the Gmail team has finally come up with a solution that's convenient for both sides involved.

To further detail on that, Google has actually created a task manager for its mail service, which, according to reports, will enable users to use their agenda and Gmail labs applications easier and in a more efficient manner.

Google has also taken the time to present the instructions users might need to become more familiar with the new application. In order for this task manager to start performing, you must first enter your mail box, then select the settings atop, and click on the Labs option for the new feature to appear at the top. Afterwards, select "Enable" and "Save changes," so that your task is remembered and the task manager kicks in.

Now, you can program your tasks list and have them remain visible no matter what you are doing. So, whatever it is that you’re doing while creating a task, you will have no trouble at all returning to it and finding it exactly as you left it. Furthermore, there are plenty of tasks options, so the variety provided by the program is what really creates the pleasant mailing experience. Should you no longer care to keep a task saved by the program, you can always delete, move, indent or un-indent it, etc.

Now for the most interesting part this new task manager has to offer, all mails can be turned into tasks, where you will be able to read them and click on them, and whatever else suits you best at that particular moment. However, to convert the mails into tasks, you must remember to select a message, or even more at a time, click on the “More actions” and then select “Add to tasks.”

This last feature will probably become the most appreciated one, most reports are already saying. Come to think of it, this new application Google is offering users is one of the most important releases we've seen lately regarding email processes.
