The richer they get, the cheaper they are

AdSense and AdWords users beware, do not trust in Google even when it brings you gifts! Or was it the saying "Do not trust the Greek"? Anyway, as a means to atone for yesterday's taking away of the option to choose exactly where you'd like to advertise your product, today Google has started sending the Holidays gifts that it sends every year. Oh, don't get your hopes high, it's just for the AdSense and AdWords users that have a nice and steady income via their advertising platform. And in their book of reference, nice equals BIG.

Why cheaper? Because in 2005 they gave out memory sticks plus a whole lot more, including USB devices, a mini mouse, flash flight, ear phones and sever other little gadgets that you can see on the left, and in 2006 they gave the users neat looking digital picture frames and iPod shuffles. What did this years' Red Fat Google-on-a-sleigh bring? A 2GB USB Memory Card wrapped in a pretty envelop. Wow! Amazing! If only I had a chance to receive that!

Anyway, I guess the old saying that the more money someone has, the greedier he gets, is true. Or, is it that this weekend is co-founder Larry Page's wedding and they had to save up for that? I don't know, but when I find out? I'll do absolutely nothing about it other than expect to see what Yahoo will be sending its own trusted users. Last year, they gave Yahoo! sweatshirts and USB drink coolers, so perhaps they'll step up their game this year and bring the Armani suit with the sweet golden Yahoo sign as cuff buttons.

If you do receive the gift from Google, be careful what you do with it; it's so small that you'll most definitely be in a position to be searching for it in your wallet or wherever it is you're keeping the Card usually and think that you've lost it.
