Google is not shy of hiding Easter Eggs in its search engine, though some are 'hidden' better than others. The latest one is not exactly meant to wow users doing an obscure search, rather it's meant to make people smile a bit if they're looking for something Christmas related.
If you search for "
Let it snow" you'll be treated to a JavaScript-powered snow storm which will slowly fill the search results page. What's more, presumably because of the cold, the screen also gets covered in ice and snow.
Fortunately, Google conveniently included a defrost button to the page and, also conveniently, a Share on Google+ button. The fact that "let it snow" is the title of one of the most popular Christmas songs is going to guarantee that a lot of people are going to see this Easter Egg.
