Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.5 was released a few days ago and it already causes problems for some of the Google users. According to the reports, Google's advertising platform AdSense is not working properly in the latest version of Mozilla's browser, the users encountering problems when trying to login into their accounts. Rajiv Sud, AdSense Publisher Support, said today that many of the
Firefox 2.0.0.5 consumers are seeing only a sign-up page instead of a login form that would allow them to login into their already created account.

"We've recently noticed that many publishers are having trouble logging into their accounts after the latest Mozilla Firefox update. A number of publishers have reported that they're only seeing a sign-up page rather than a login form," the Google employee wrote today.

It seems like all the headaches are caused by Adblock Plus, a special Firefox extension that brings a little bit more protection to the Mozilla fans because it is able to block most of the adverts displayed on the visited websites. "After a little digging and some testing, we've found that Adblock Plus, an add-on that sometimes gets installed with Firefox, can prevent you from accessing your account on the AdSense homepage," Rajiv Sud added.

If you want to correct this issue, the Google employees encourage you to clean your browser of cache and cookies as well as to disable the Adblock extension before logging into the AdSense account. The cookies and the cache can be cleared quite easy by using the Tools menu and pressing the "Clear Private Data" option. Then, you must select "Cache" and "Cookies" and hit the "Clear Private Data Now" button.

In order to disable the Adblock extension only for the AdSense advertising platform, you should visit the official page of the product, click on the plug-in button and choose the "Disable on Google.com" option. Then, press the refresh button and it should work just fine. If you still encounter problems, you can try disabling Adblock entirely by pressing the middle mouse button straight on the icon of the extension. In addition, you can click on the icon and uncheck the "Enable Adblock" option.
