Google was fast to respond to concerns regarding the volume bug that has been recently proved to affect the new Galaxy Nexus smartphone from Samsung.

Only several days after the issue was signaled, the Internet giant confirmed that it had found a solution for the issue, and that all would be resolved soon.

While the fix is already in Google's labs, it will take a while before it is pushed out to end-users, but the company said that they were stepping on the gas to make the move as soon as possible, a recent article on The Verge reads.

Soon after hitting shelves, Galaxy Nexus was found to dim the volume level on its own, randomly, and some suggested that this might have been a hardware-related issue. However, it appears that things will actually be restored to order soon.
