Google Fiber is opening up to more residents in Provo, Utah, the company announced.

“Starting today, Provo residents who live along the former iProvo network can start signing up for Google Fiber. You’ll be able to choose from three different options for your Fiber service,” the company wrote in a blog post.

This isn’t the first time that Google Fiber is opening up its sign-up list for the city, as many have already signed up in an early registration round.

For now, registration is only open in three areas, but it looks like Google wants to offer the service to more and more people in the coming months.

There are also three plans available for those who are interested. The Gigabit Internet plan gives connections of up to 100 times faster than basic broadband and costs $70 (€51) per month.

The Gigabit Internet plus TV plan gives users access to hundreds of TV channels, a storage box that can record up to 8 shows at once and hold up to 500 hours of HD content, as well as a fast Internet connection for $120 (€88) per month.

Lastly, the Free Internet plan gives users basic broadband speeds for a one-time $30 (€22) installation fee. However, there would be no monthly costs for at least 7 years.

“After you choose your plan, we’ll need to bring a brand new fiber-optic cable directly into your home. We can’t install fiber to everyone in Provo all at once, so we’re going to work in waves, starting with the North Park area next month and finishing in the Foothills area hopefully by the end of this year,” Google says.

So far, Google Fiber is available for residents of three areas – North Park, Downtown Provo and Pioneer/West Provo. In spring, Grandview will be added to the list, while over the summer, North Provo, Southeast Provo and Foothills are going to join the list as well.
