Google’s online storage tool Google Drive has received an important update on iOS platforms. QuickOffice users can now open and save back to Drive, and they can perform diagonal scrolling.

Google Drive version 1.2.2 enables multiple photo/video uploading and the ability to open and save QuickOffice files back to Drive.

Helvetica Neue has been added to the list of supported fonts for Docs, and Sheet users can now scroll diagonally for a better navigation of their cells. Speaking of which, cell formatting now has decimals, currency, date, and more.

Slideshows and animations are also improved, and users can now pinch to zoom on slides.

Google Drive requires iOS 5 and works with iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (5th generation) and iPad.
