Security and stability fixes, no new major features available

Google Chrome 20 Stable has arrived, for all supported platforms (Windows, Mac, Linux, and Chrome Frame), according to schedule, exactly six weeks after the release of the previous version.

Although it is a major release, there are no significant changes available, except for security measures. This does not come as a surprise, since the last beta build, which has migrated into the current stable (20.0.1132.43), already foretold the lack of important new features.

However, the list of modifications for this release is quite huge, as all the improvements done for the beta have migrated into the stable. Among these, there is the display of a message to the Other Devices menu when no foreign sessions are available for the signed-in user.

If sessions are available, the sorting is done by the modification time, in reverse chronology, showing the most recent entries first.

You can check the entire list of changes on this page.
