Turns on Swiftshader and disables profile shortcut creation

Having a new beta build for Chrome released on a daily basis is no longer a surprise. It would probably feel a little odd when Google stops doing it. The latest revision for the beta channel of the browser is 18.0.1025.133, but it is available only for Windows and Chrome Frame.

The previous build had Swiftshader turned off but as this was a temporary switch, the newest release restores the feature. This is actually the main entry in the list of changes.

However, other modifications have been operated, such as disabling the possibility to create profile shortcuts. The decision has been taken because of existing bugs that need to be fixed and there is no time to handle them all for milestone 19 of the application. Worth saying is that even if new shortcuts cannot be created, the existing ones will continue to work and update.
