A new stable release of the Google Chrome browser is now available for download for the owners of Android-based devices, namely version 27.0.1453.90.

The new application flavor arrives with full screen capabilities on smartphones, enabling users to hide the toolbar by scrolling.

Furthermore, the app features simplified search, so that users can view and refine their query directly in the omnibox, and it also packs a series of stability improvements, the release notes unveil.

On top of that, owners of Android tablets will enjoy a new tab history, which can be easily accessed by long pressing the browser’s back button.

Available with support for all devices that run under Android 4.0 or newer, the latest flavor of Google Chrome for Android can be seen listed on this page on Softpedia.
