Google rolled out a new update for the beta channel of the Chrome browser. The build number for the fresh release is 27.0.1453.65. It is available for all supported platforms (WindowsMacLinux and Chrome Frame).

This revision does not show "Ask Google for suggestions" in the panel's context menu because it caused issues on Windows and Linux.

On Microsoft’s platform it caused to the info dialog to disrupt the aesthetics when a small panel-window would be involved. On Linux, it tried to use the bubble, which caused a crash.

An issue common for all supported platforms prevented the user from navigating through the context menu options of the bookmark manager with the up and down keyboard arrows.

Another modification touches on the first run bubble, which is now suppressed during the initial sign in; it appears when the user navigates to a new tab page or other web page.
