Includes stability and functionality improvements

Google rolled out a fresh update for the dev channel of Chrome browser, incrementing the revision number to 27.0.1453.6. It is currently available for all supported platforms (WindowsMacLinux and Chrome Frame) and addresses mostly known stability issues.

However, some functionality problems are also on the list, as the new release repairs an issue with Instant feature that caused a single keystroke to change the default suggestion from URL type to Search type.

Another bug made the user account name to be displayed in password and passphrase activity prompt. Sync error uploading has been disabled because it interfered with the statistics for the crash reports received by the developers. This change is not permanent and does not affect other development branches of the browser.
