Google updated the Dev channel to Chrome browser, bringing the build number to 25.0.1364.29. The new revision integrates a set of stability improvements and it is currently available for all supported platforms (Windows, Mac, Linux, and Chrome Frame).

Among the issues fixed, there was a locking problem between the main browser process and the importer process that led to failure to properly open the profile. This bug was present in the Windows (7 and 8) version of the browser.

Also on the list of repairs was a problem with the one-click sign-in bar that would not appear after logging into the Google accounts. This would affect both Windows and Mac clients.

Along with releasing a new Dev build for the browser, Google also updated the stable channel to version 24.0.1312.52, which includes a set of 24 security fixes, and launched a beta channel for the Android releases.
