Google Chrome, a browser built on the WebKit layout engine that aims to be minimalistic and versatile at the same time, is now at version 24.0.1312.57.

A new stable version of the Google Chrome browser has been made available and, as usual, it comes with quite a few fixes.

Highlights of Google Chrome 24.0.1312.57:

• A bug which caused the renderer to exit in certain cases, when opening a new Window from Chrome Frame, has been fixed;
• Change the TISCreateInputSourceList override in the renderer to return real TISInputSourceRefs;
• A recursion from SearchProvider ACMatch construction has been eliminated;
• Some zero-byte images have been fixed in the extension documentation.

A complete list of bug fixes and changes can be found in the official changelog.
