GPU process no longer allowed to create profile path Enlarge picture - GPU process no longer allowed to create profile path
Google rolled out a new build for the beta channel of their web browser. The revision number has been increased to 24.0.1312.35 and it is currently available for all supported platforms (WindowsMacLinux and Chrome Frame).

Among the modifications available, there is removing the GPU process from the list of processes allowed to create the profile path. As such, the configuration for the GPU sandbox does not allow this action.

A problem present in the Mac version of the browser was also solved. It touched on the website settings window, which would not be able to display permission strings because this text string did not wrap. As such, the entire message would not be visible; at the moment the website permissions window is wide enough to fit the text.

The dev channel of the browser has also been updated, the new build is 25.0.1349.2.
