Google Chrome, a browser built on the WebKit layout engine that aims to be minimalistic and versatile at the same time, is now at version 24.0.1312.32.
The beta version of Google Chrome is now out for Linux users, but it's not a major release, featuring just generic improvements. Highlights of Google Chrome 24.0.1312.32:
• The GPU process has been removed from the list of processes that can create the profile path;
• Clamp texture queries have been reduced to sane values;
• The usagestats flag created by the host versions have been cleared;
